Delivery Timeline = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Customization Process (5-8 Days):

  • We generate and embed your personalized QR code containing your voice recording, cover photo, and custom text.
  • We carefully engrave your names or special dates and QR Code using fiber laser technology.
  • Your photo is crafted with advanced technology into an ultra-small size for perfect projection.

    Please note: The delivery times provided are estimates based on recent shipping data and are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible. However, in case of delays, we kindly ask for your understanding, as we are highly dependent on international shipping carriers.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any government regulations or restrictions in any country that may lead to shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this ongoing crisis.

    Refund Policy: Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds for orders delayed due to these circumstances.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Production Error/Delay

    As our products are personalized and handmade for each customer, there may be rare instances (~1% of orders) where the item does not meet our high-quality standards. In such cases, we may need to restart the production process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

    This could add a few extra days to the estimated production time.
