Our Commitment to You
We make shirts for runners who don't quit. We don't quit either.
What's eligible for a refund:
- 📦 Wrong item sent — we'll fix it, no debate
- 💥 Damaged or defective product — same deal, full refund
Refund window: 30 days from purchase date. Don't sit on it longer than a post-race foam rolling session.
How to request a refund:
Email support@dopamiles.co with:
- 🔢 Your order number
- 📝 Brief description of the issue
- 📸 Photo if applicable — show us the evidence
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. No ghosting, no runaround.
Taking care of your shirt:
Your tee will last as long as your running habit if you treat it right. Check the product page or the care tag inside your shirt for full instructions.
