Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days of purchase. During peak periods things may slow down slightly — like you at mile 20, but we always finish.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll get a tracking number so you can obsessively check it like your Strava stats.
Order Updates
Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before emailing us — it happens more than you'd think.
Secure Checkout
All payments are processed through a fully secure and encrypted checkout. Your card details are safer than your knees on a technical descent.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Just like race day conditions — we prepare, but the trail decides.
